Kruso delivers digital strategy for Helsingør Kommune

Helsingør Kommune and Kruso have entered into cooperation to adapt the digital strategy with a focus on service, personality and breakage with traditional designed solutions.

Digital service with more personality

Kruso, in collaboration with Helsingør Kommune, will work on adapting their current digital strategy towards the goal of a more personalized service site. An exciting challenge that Kruso and Helsingør Kommune are ready to meet. Today, the municipality's website, helsingø, supports two primary purposes through content as well as functionality: Service and branding. In future, the strategy will be guided by traditional service and authority tasks, where personality must function as a fundamental element. The overall goal is therefore to promote the municipality's personality by dealing with traditional solutions where self-service is converted into co-operation.

The initial work will be to examine and identify citizens' perceptions and then assess the right measures needed to support increased use of digital self-service. The overall digital strategy must meet the necessary municipal services and the practical needs of the citizens with a strong focus on user-friendliness and strengthened information architecture. Associated branding and inspiration are directed towards Helsingør's further channels and are thus not overlooked or down-prioritized. An exciting project we look forward to telling you more about!
